# LegalCase (LegalApi DTO)

`LegalCase (LegalApi DTO)` is a data-transfer object in the `SAIF.Business.Claim.Legal.LegalApi` component grouping of `SAIF.Business.Claim.Legal`. It represents a single legal case search result, aggregating the claim, board/agency case numbers (WCB, DCBS, OWCP, OALJ, BRB), and case status/type for consumption by an external LegalApi case-search consumer.*

## Purpose
- Carries the claim identifiers and every external agency case-number variant (WCB, DCBS, OWCP, OALJ, BRB) alongside case status and type, so a single search result can be matched to the case across all agency systems.*
